Anyone else so so thankful that Togashi never gave Hiei the jealous overprotective older brother trope w/ yukina and kuwabara,,, he's surprisingly rly chill abt them... it's so good... he just wants yukina to be happy and he doesn't hate kuwabara as much as he acts like it lol

during the early arc he even calls himself a friend of kuwabara's... and at most he's like. slightly bewildered like when he was like "what's with him..." when kuwabara rushed over to yukina in dark tournament... cute...
he and kuwa antagonize each other a lot but hiei never gets mad at kuwa over yukina + tries to interfere w them... he doesn't badmouth kuwa to yukina either... tbh kuwa is meaner to hiei than the other way around sometimes fjnsnd he DID do that...😔
