I was thinking earlier about my journey as an employer and i realised that my average employee turnover rate is 1 and a half years and thats over a period of 5 years and i honestly think that is not bad in this current economic environment especially when we are teaching this
entrepreneurship thing as we go and especially since im a youth employing other youth....My goal of course is to have life long employees and I definitely will do my best to create an environment that is conducive to have those...its a learning and growing process...Sometimes we
just need to sit down, take a breath and appreciate the achievements we have accomplished...we as entrepreneurs tend to belittle the achievements we make because we are constantly pushing ourselves...so i pat myself on the back for this feat.....
