i've noticed when discussing lgbt rep in cartoons, #okko is often overlooked. so, here's some coverage on all the rep it has to offer.

(major spoiler warning btw)
enid, one of the three main characters, is bisexual and displays attraction to both men and women onscreen, and sometimes is shown wearing symbols displaying the bi pride colors.
the episode “second first date” it’s revealed she attempted dating rad in the past, and later develops a romantic relationship with red action (a confirmed lesbian) throughout the series, starting in the episode “back in red action”.
the episode “back in red action” depicts enid’s first date with red action. enid is bored at work, enamored by red action, until she shows up and asks her to hang out. red action repeatedly tries to impress enid and the episode showcases their chemistry.
the episode “red action to the future” is when their relationship becomes more serious. enid struggles with opening up to red about her fears without coming across as clingy, and the episode ends with red doing everything she can to ensure their futures can be intertwined.
red action and enid’s relationship continues, and the episode red action 3: grudgement day explores enid dealing with conflict between her girlfriend and her close friend rad. this is the first time red action calls enid “her girl” on screen.
later in the same episode, a time travel sequence occurs, revealing red action had been interested in enid since the episode “plaza prom”, which occurred before “back in red action”. the episode ends with the first onscreen kiss between red action and enid.
in the series finale “thank you for watching the show”, red action and enid are shown to still be together, having taken over carol’s dojo. they have gay and bisexual flags outside the building, and the two share another onscreen kiss.
another main character, rad, is also implied to be bi. he attempted dating enid in the past, had a brief fling with shannon, may have a crush on drupe, and finds enid’s mom “hot”. he has also expressed attraction to both enid’s dad and raymond onscreen, also calling them “hot”.
rad’s attraction to raymond never ends in a canonical relationship, but is persistent and the attraction has been both implied and confirmed to be reciprocated by the crew.
the episode “project ray way” features several instances of the pair going on about how hot the other is. rad is also not-so-subtly shown checking out raymond in a speedo in “beach episode”.
speaking of raymond, he is either gay or bisexual. rad is the only character he’s ever been attracted to. his attraction to rad is a little less in-your-face than rad's for him, but it's pretty clear, and confirmed by the crew.
raymond is also (somewhat stereotypically, but harmlessly) gay coded, with an interest in fashion, a love for pink, and no aversion to crossdressing. the heroes of the series have no issue with these traits, sometimes even cheering it on despite his villainy.
professor venomous is bisexual and has relationships with men and women. during his point days as laserblast, he dated carol, and develops a relationship with lord boxman, who is confirmed to be pansexual by the series creator.
boxman’s attraction to professor venomous is implied in pv’s debut episode “we’re captured” as he struggles to impress him and desperately tries to prevent their “business relationship” from ending.
they then LITERALLY have a child, boxman jr., with venomous providing the “biochip” and boxman providing the robotics. the child is one of a kind and cannot be rebuilt like his other robots. funnily enough, this happens before their relationship becomes more blatant.
boxman and venomous’s relationship really takes off in “boxman crashes”. boxman crashes with venomous, until venomous buys his business, merging their companies and moving in with boxman.
the two are visually implied to be romantically involved all throughout the following episode, “all in the villainy”.
it’s also worth noting that lord boxman greatly improves as a person after his relationship with venomous is official. he is happier, more relaxed, less irritable, and seems to be doing a better job with parenting, possibly learning from pv’s approach with his daughter, fink.
in “all in the villainy”, boxman's son darrell calls both venomous and boxman “daddies”, and in “ko, rad, and enid!” his other son raymond calls venomous “stepfather”, confirming that venomous is boxman’s romantic partner.
unfortunately, the two do not marry onscreen, but in “thank you for watching the show” they are both seen with wedding rings, implying that they married eachother.
background character gregg, though never stated onscreen, has been confirmed to be nonbinary and use they/them by the show’s crew. unfortunately, their pronouns have not been used onscreen due to their status as a minor character.
to close this thread off, there’s one more gay couple to discuss- joff and nick. joff and nick are background characters often seen together, but get their own episode about their dynamic.
in “be a team”, they teach the main characters about how they maintain their peaceful relationship despite their glaring differences, exchanging an onscreen “i love you” in the process. they are shown getting married in “thank you for watching the show” as ko congratulates them.
though it's difficult to name them all, it should also be noted that a large handful of #okko 's crew was lgbt, using their own experiences to write these characters' stories.
