Here’s your reminder that the following words are #ableist and should be taken out of your daily vocab:

stupid
crazy
insane
dumb
psycho
idiot
lame
nuts
retarded

a lot of these have been normalized into daily vernacular but we can work on removing them. Thanks.
A great suggestion is to go to your phones settings and have auto correct automatically change the above words to a suitable replacement! I’ve been using words like:

wild
reckless
weird
dense
ignorant
boring
uncool
Personally I’ve been working on a couple at a time. I’ve noticed the amount of times I’ve said stupid and dumb has gone down. ‘Insane’ has been a gut reaction replacement for those two which.,, I’m working on lmao
