HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST!!! A thread:
1. For starters, before i decided to lose weight, i wrote down goals for myself. You want to be motivated as much as you can. I’m very spiritual so i literally manifested my body, wrote down affirmations and visualized how i wanted my body to be! I was 215 now I’m 150! In 3months
CUT OF ALLL JUNK FOOD! Stop eating chips, cookies, drinking sodas all of that shit. Junk food contains carbs and sugars and that’s instant weight gain and belly fat!
You need to substitute fruit for junk food! Eat lots of fruits. Get your body used to fruits and not junk food! If you do wanna snack on chips, eat kettle chips! They are 350 calories.
4. STOP EATING OUT. I can’t stress this enough. Once you stop eating fast food and junk, weigh will literally come off. Start meal prepping!
When eating foods at home, do not consume red meats, pork, tortillas, pasta, rice, juice, don’t fry your food. I literally had a strict ass meal plan. I ate chicken breast with broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and carrots. All of the veggies were steamed!
You can also eat seafood! It’s very healthy!! Just always eat vegetables
WATER is very important i cannnnnn not stress enough. Drink water everyday ALL DAY. Detox waters AS WELL. Put cucumbers in your water, lemon slices, mints, ginger! That detoxed you’re body, clears your body, helps lose Belly fat and it’s also good for hygiene!
Drink green teas! This also detoxes your body, & burns belly fat and helps weight loss. Tea is very healthy for your body!! You can add, lemon and honey to sweeten the taste! (Everyday)
APPLE CIDER VINGEGAR!! Ladies and gents this is the holy grail. Take 1 shot of this everyday! This burns belly fat 2x faster! & it comes with soooo many health benefits!!
THE SWEET SWEAT BELT!!! I bought it for 20 dollars i think on amazon! I’ll drop the picture! But wear this when you work out and it makes you sweat on your belly and also burns belly fat fast! This aims more for water weight btw!! It’s gonna make you sweat!!! Highly suggest
WATER FASTING! Now this isn’t for everyone but it helps a lot! You can drink just water for a full 24 hours! NO FOOD AT ALL. Not even juice. & then the next day you can eat! (Healthy foods only) you can water fast 2 times out the week or more
Last but not least, work out everyday! Cardio y’all!!! Run, jump rope, jumping jacks, sit ups, crunches, lunges, Russian twist! They all work your belly out!
Before & after! I’m still not done, but i lost over 65 pounds in 3 months! I hope this motivated anyone to accomplish their weight loss goals!💗
