For the inevitability of a cyclist getting seriously injured or killed on Grand Street due to @NYPD90Pct and @NYC_DOT negligence, I've decided to track the number of automobiles parked in the bike lane on my morning and evening commutes in 2020.
January 1, 2020:

- 8 cars parked in the westbound bike lane as well as a stretch occupied by construction equipment. 8:30am
- 13 cars parked in the eastbound bike lane including multiple unoccupied trucks parked across the entire bike lane and sidewalk. 5:30pm
January 6, 2020:

- 18 cars parked in the westbound bike lane at 8:30am.

- 8 cars parked in the eastbound bike lane at 6:30pm.
January 7, 2020:

- 18 cars parked in the westbound bike lane at 8:30am.

- No evening commute.

It seems the westbound lane is actually getting worse and there is naturally no enforcement by @NYPD90Pct .
