Tips

1. Listen to your intuition. Do not second guess your first inclination of suspicion. Being safe is more important than being polite.

2. Be situationally aware. Keep your eyes up, stand tall, be alert. Predators look for easy targets.

3. Never wear your ID tags outside
Of your job.

4. Be suspicious of anyone trying to put you in a state of haste.

5. Never allow yourself to be taken to a second location. Be loud, get big, & fight back.

6. Do not beep your car from very far away as you approach - it advertises where you're going
7. If you need to defend yourself target the closest joints near you. A knee or ankle strike will disable the tallest, strongest attacker giving you the ability to get away while they are hobbled. No matter how strong - everyone relies on joints for mobility.
8. Stomping on the bridge of the foot is a great target, bones are delicate & don't take much strength to break. A broken foot won't be able to give chase.

9. Fingers are very easy to break by bending backward. If a strong person grabs you, peel back a finger till it breaks.
This can offer you a moment to escape.

10. Your elbows are sharp & you can put your weight behind it by dropping into the strike. It's easy to hurt yourself by using your fist if your wrists are not strong. But everyone has strong, sharp elbows.
11. Never reach for a target. Always go for the closest target there is. People mistakenly go for the head or chest. But the hand that's reaching for you is a vulnerable target & is closest to you. The foot touching your foot is easily in reach, a floating rib at your elbow.
These are only precautions.

The only person responsible for violence is the perpetrator of violence.
I'd like to start a movement where people trained in combat offer this knowledge to those who are targets of abuse from this regime of hate, in their communities everywhere.
Please - don't listen to bad advice telling you to blind your attacker. Blinding a person exposes you in jeopardy for the rest of your life. Breaking a joint is a legally appropriate way to keep yourself safe without exposing you to financial hardship for the rest of your life.
As much as I wish we were in a place where you can defend yourself with impunity, we do not live in that society. We live in a society that comes with laws and civil risks.

The only force that is legally allowed is equal force. Blinding a person is not a legally allowable option
unless your'e presented w deadly force.

Protecting yourself means more than just your body. We have to accept that we're in a society with laws and then we must act in accordance w those laws.

The steps I have outlined will allow you to get away without risk of civil penalties
why I train
I've not been able to have anyone in my home since COVID. I probably never will again. I can't take vaccines, my life will never go back to normal.

I urge every American patriot with combat training experience to look to your vulnerable brothers & sisters & train them. Now!

Note the way he walks up to her. He has his arms out, shoulders are moving, he can't move his center, his hips, or his tailbone. He moves from his legs down & shoulders up. His has no flexibility.
You put power in your strikes is by using your back & your center. This guy can't access his center - he probably is one good cough away from hernias. He can't even sit down with out holding onto something. He thinks he is powerful because he is large. It just makes him weak.
When you lack the core strength to hold yourself up your extra size is a liability. If I broke his foot he would have no ability to walk. If I dropped him at his hips he would most likely dislocate a femur. If I hit him in the kidneys he would end up with a budging disc or 3.
If you were to slightly drop down to attack his knees, ankles, or feet, he would topple right over. The only strength he has in his strikes would come from swinging his arm from back to front. He has no ability to go down w that arc because he has no ability to hold himself up.
Just watch the way he walks - see his joints and notice which ones don't move at all. This guy should be wearing a back brace right now and be in physical therapy. But he is just as delusional about his body as he is with his political choice.
If you just slowly backed away from this guy he would probably just swing and fall over, you wouldn't even have to do anything but let him miss.
