As much as Najib being charged for RM4 billion robbery of the Civil Servants' Pension Fund, aka KWAP, Najib could not have pulled the daring robbery all alone without a set of collaborators in the KWAP itself.
This ugly face is Irwan Serigar, the Chief Sycophant of Najib in Treasury who doubled as KWAP Chairman at the material time... He was promoted to Top Post in Treasury around the same time...
His predecessor Wan Abd Aziz bin Wan Abdullah was the Chairman of the Investment Panel who specifically approved the loan despite being given flimsy details of the purpose of the loan by Nik Faisal and his band of conmen.
This botak many hail him as person of "integrity" and "extraordinary talent." He earned 10s of millions in Maybank as the CEO of Maybank. Yet couldn't muster enough courage to say No to Najib's robbery... He was part of the KWAP Investment panel which approved the robbery.
This is Azlan Hashim, once a "Wonder Boy" and a 4th Floor Boy. Well connected. Headed Khazanah once and continue to hold directorship in GLCs today without any shame. He is also part of the Investment Panel in KWAP which approved the robbery!
If you have followed SRC Trial, this name would have been familiar to you. Cheah Tek Kuang. As CEO of AMMB, went on the invitation of Jho Low to Najib's house to open several accounts. He was also part of the KWAP Investment Panel.. Now in IOI as Non-Exec Director
Others in the gang of KWAP Investment Panel include Nozirah Binti Bahari from Irwan Serigar's gang and Che Zakiah Che Din of BNM, who is still holding a Directorship in Maybank... These were the collaborators who approved the SRC billion ringgit loan on flimsy grounds..
The KWAP board included "formidable figures" like this ex-Chairman of Big Four Audit firm PwC.. Johan Raslan.. He went along with the robbery too and didn't take any effort to stop it as BOD member of KWAP...
Najib may have fallen now but his band of sycophants are still circling in the Corporate World with no sense of accountability over their actions that has cost this nation dearly. They continue to lobby for positions in GLCs or still holding on to their positions...
For full list of BOD Directors in KWAP at that material time, you could refer to this. They have all contributed in some way by failing their fiduciary duties... Government Guarantee is no defence when it was clear the loan was applied on flimsy ground...
Too many of these collaborators remain free from jail because our judicial process is too long winded and our laws are inadequate to face up to this unprecedented robbery in Malaysian history.
Even when we have the laws, if the relevant authorities n judiciary don't apply the mind and do not understand the magnitude of the crime, many will forever remain free. Not everything you can put the blame on the PH Politicians in power.
Tun M has reportedly said that "This Government will respect the separation of powers." Yet @MYJudiciary @AGCPutrajaya @PDRMsia and @SPRMMalaysia owe it to the people of Malaysia to bring it to justice all of the Najib's collaborators who brought the nation to its knees!
