I present to you an unbelievably easy thing to do with left over peppers. First, pick the remaining ones before the first freeze
Cut them in half and put them in an non-greased pan
Cook at 170 degrees for 6 hours then let them sit in the oven overnight. By that point, they should be completely dry
Then put them in a food processor and grind the hell out of them. And you’re done. Now you have really tasty crushed red pepper that will have a nice kick
