Disclaimer:
- this thread was finished right before the Obsession concept trailer was released, but there are a lot of correlations between them, so some parallels are drawn occasionally.

This is essentially drawing out EXO’s story in the timeline of their mvs, but *not* all mvs are actually mentioned (though the majority/most important ones are included)!

OP explains why EXO’s story should be interpreted backwards, not chronologically (in order of their mvs)
Other references made to time reversal in EXO’s lore:

We can see this in the ‘MAMA’ intro, which speaks of how the Red Force forced the tree to divide into two halves, each of which were hidden in a different world. This explains why each of the two EXOs were existing in different worlds.
