So, I, like many others are fortunate that we work in a set up where there are clean and hygienic restrooms, yes restroomS, more than one, on each floor, with proper water jets, tissues and handwash. There are staffs who are dedicated to keep the washrooms clean round the day.
But we must be mindful that this is a luxury. Not every working women and men have the luxury of all that. The moment we step out from the comfort of our homes and centrally air conditioned office premises, there are many women on the street selling tender coconut,
cut fruits, bhajji, juices etc and making an effort to be financially independent in their own way. Ever wonder where do they go to pee? What conditions?
They are working directly under the sun, hence they'd need to drink water far frequently than us who work indoors.

Instead of chiding the idea, we should find ways on how can we make the strips available to them, as they may or may not be able to afford the strips used for peeing in standing position for women. It's important that we raise awareness for personal hygiene and..
keep them away from infections way. Sometimes we need to get ourselves in other's shoes before passing the judgement.
