Today has been heavy. But, there is a bigger conversation to be had. As men, we need to check ourselves. And not check because we don't want to be "caught" but check so we are better people. Check everything, from the jokes, to the outright disgusting behaviour.

If and when you're horrible, nobody owes you forgiveness, but you can move on and try to do better as a human being.

Also, don't fucking rape anyone. Understand power dynamics and treat people better.

Look inside, do better, become better, ask for forgiveness and actually become a better person. Talk to your friends. Don't rape people, understand power and your privilege and don't use it to gain sex.

And stand up to protect people whenever you can, everytime you can.
