So the first 20 minutes of my holiday have been fuelled (no pun intended) with anger and chaos bc dad did fill up the fuel last night. Now the tank and I are both running on empty
Okay so reading this back I was extremely tired and what I was meant to say was that dad DIDNT fill up the fuel last night so we spent an hour doing it this morning
Iām too tired for this
So someone had an accident on the M25 and had completely slowed down our journey so thanks a lot x x x
So we got to the airport just in time!! Luggage was check. I was manhandled when going through security. We ate sandwiches at 7am. Now ready to fly!!!
Also there are so many films on the flight that I donāt know what to watch!! Anyway, Canada here we come!!
I did opt for endgame because at least it would take up 3 hours of the 8
The flight was a non stop meal. Every time we had finished eating they were giving more out???
Lilla and I played 8 ball pool which was difficult considering the screen was attached to the seat in front of us
Also I witnessed lilla take 2 tablets straight away. Iām blown away. V v proud to see how far sheās come
In other news, weāre in Canada!!!
Itās v v v hot here. Back sweat is my new best friend apparently
So we finally got to check into the hostel and lilla straight away picked the super dodgy bed with an inflatable but not inflatable pillow and a rock hard mattress
Again scary thought but lilla has drunk so much water today I fear she might drown
Lilla and I are now at a baseball game. Neither of us know how baseball works so we are just using the rules of rounders and itās going swimmingly so far.
I love how inclusive they make a baseball game!! Always get ya to cheer even when you have no idea whatās going on
The Mexican wave has made an appearance and I feel like Iām getting the true experience
Pro: hostel provides breakfast.

We rode a tandem bike today and yes it is just as fun as it sounds when youāre the worst bikers in the world. But Iām all honestly hiking to the train station every day for the last two years did put us in good stead.
Do on the ferry everything was going fine until my water bottle decided to jump out of my bag and into the water. RIP water bottle.
Here it lies. I do feel like Iāve polluted the oceans now so Iām am v v v sorry to the turtles
We decided to buy some snacks. Out lilla walks of the shop with three big bags of crisps.
Results come out v v v soon and weāre starting to semi stress. Panic eating is a go.
Also the subway has v little signs over here and itās so confusing.
Another annoying thing is how low the toilets are to the ground. I am full on squatting. Also the toilet bowl is so full with water that I fear it will overflow every time I go to the toilet

So far today Lilla and I have seadoned an entire train and an annoying family :)) clearly B stands for best

Lilla just got a cereal bar wrapper stuck to her leg or if that doesnāt sum up our day
But on a good note we have managed to skip 3 long queues just by being in the right place at the right time

Nearly 6 hour coach trip has been completed. Ottawa we are in you.
Currently with our favourite epa lads and life is great
The Airbnb is amazing. So much better than the hostel
Wakefield is the most amazing place
I mean I get that Lilla needs sleep, but I didnāt realise that she needs THIS much sleep
Can I also just say that itās raining and I canāt believe that Iāve not got a jacket for this wedding. Well I can believe it tbh
Lilla has been awake@for 5 hours and all sheās done is have 2 showers and nap
I canāt believe the wedding is today. Iām literally like an hour.

So I donāt feel like I tweeted enough about yesterday but it was the most smashing day!! Lot n lots n lots of tears and smiles and more tears
Lilla did just start crying by just remembering the speeches
Also we got so many shout outs during the speeches it was amazing. It felt like everyone knew who I was and I had no idea about anyone else

Canada fast food places do the beyond meat burger and I am falling more and more in love with this place everyday
Also Lilla and I have walked A LOT today and I think I may have killed her
So Lilla got dance called tonight. Like some random guy in the street danced his way to her
And if you still staying in a jail canāt get any worse. It definitely can because the door takes 1000 years to unlock
So the night just got worse as my bum bag got locked to me. Almost had to give in and just wear it permanently

Lilla just did her own rendition of one day more for me and basically the entire hostel because sound travels here
One of my only faults with Ottawa is that every door is SO HEAVY
Lilla doesnāt overpack, she underpacks. Sheās had to wash T-shirts and had now got two new ones
So Lilla and I actually ate fruit and salad for lunch today and I hope all of our parents (inc our gay dads) are v v proud
Lilla made me laugh so much I fell off the bed. As you can see weāre living on a bomb site
So weāre probably on burger number 1000 at this point in the holiday

For some strange reason people donāt realise that weāre British? Like we talk to them and then itās not until we mention our postcode or we have to literally tell them that we come from the UK that they notice
Iād really appreciate if the french child can sHUT UP as weāre trying to sleep please and thank you
And the french child continued speaking... I canāt wait to be out of this literal jail
So my nose ring has magically disappeared? Where did it go? The jail not only steals your sleep, it steals your nose ring
Iām actually so heartbroken to be leaving Ottawa :((( I just want to live here (but not in the jail)

The Averyās are the kindest, loveliest, most wonderful people Iāve ever met and Iām literally so thankful for them
I really donāt understand why Lilla and I have to catch this flight home? Like would it really be bad if we came home at some other point in the near distant future (never?)
I forgot to mention but Lilla had a coffee yesterday with an extra shot and she was shaking so badly
Also we finally got to go in a pool
AND we were taken to our first ever Walmart !!! Amazing store with literally everything
So weāre still very sleep deprived so we are already excited for our next nap. However, not being in Canada sucks eh
After my lovely sister forgot to leave the key out, I was locked out of my house, but I am finally in. I canāt believe Iām still not tired - go jet lag!
