The subject of his skin color even plays into his backstory, as when Pucci hires the private detective, he looks into Wes' past and finds out he's half black, and is "passing" as a white man. To many racist people, like the KKK, this is a serious problem, so they attack Wes-

and lynch him for "pretending to be white". Now even though the P.I. says he "looks white", that doesn't necessarily mean he's ghostly pale, it just means hes not super dark skinned.
The point of all of this is to say that I would like to see a tanned Weather in the Stone Ocean anime. Not super dark skinned like Pucci, but not as pale as snow either, just somewhere in the middle. Y'know, kinda like a half-black, half-white person would look.
It would be good representation, and would dispel a WHOLE lot of confusion around the character's backstory.
