Success is the biggest intoxicant and ego-inflator ever invented.
Fortunate are those who experience failure and are able to come out of that stupor as a result.
Life is short. It is transient. It is unexpected.
Lesson I have learned, and am still learning - try and not carry grudges.

A little success to little people with little humility does a lot to their big egos.
Twitter seems to be the place where egos outgrow the small shells of humility. Of everyone.
Scary place.
Aspire to put in the best effort you can.
Results are not in your control.
You can, at best, influence outcomes, never control them.
To think otherwise is a recipe for a lifetime of delusion, disappointment, and the despair of futile pursuits.
A life lesson I wish I had internalized much sooner.

Good people are good for a thousand different reasons, but at their core they believe life is lived much better & the conscience clearer this way.

Jerks are what they are for one simple reason - they know no other way of elevating themselves than by knocking others down.
Telling the truth can often be liberating and empowering.
It just doesn't feel so at the time.
Perhaps an insight that comes with age, and hopefully, wisdom.
Beware of regrets.
Regrets from having done, regrets from not having done, regrets of what-if, regrets of why.
Learnings are good.
Regrets, not so much.
Learnings can also be avoided, quite conveniently.
Regrets, not so much.
