1. Students of the old and new testament are familiar with the numerous accounts of God's people missing God at the time of His intervention in individual and national affairs. The greatest failure being ancient Israel's failure to account for the God's suffering servant, to wit:
2. Psalms 22:1 "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" as "they pierced my hands and my feet" (v. 16) and even "cast lots upon my vesture" (v, 18). Even more specific are the words of Isaiah 53 " He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with
3. grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not." v. 3 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." (v. 6).
4. "Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great...because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (v. 12).

Likewise, today, mainstream US Christian
5. leaders fail to inform the people that ancient writers, scholars, theologians, occultists, etc., know very well that America's historic role was revealed by God in ancient scriptures and molded by groups of devoted and influential men over the scope of history. There is no
6. way I can provide all of this history on a thread as it encompasses a huge amount of information. Thus, I will limit this numerous verses in Jeremiah 50-51 and Revelations 17, 18 and let you decide if such is not clear. In the future, I will post of the not so "Secret of
7. the Ages " and how such has been used to divert attention to the real pressing issue: we are witnessing the trump(et) on the Daughter of Babylon and the hidden people with the one who fell like "LIGHTING from on HIGH" (Strong's Hebrew 1300 and 1116) are actively working
8. towards this end.

Modern American Christians have been greatly influenced by the thinkers of the Great Reformation, which specifically viewed the Pope as “the” antichrist and the Roman Catholic Church, modern day Babylon.” The view holding the Catholic Church as the Great
9. long established and was the view of the early reformers.

Martin Luther (1483 - 1546) enunciated this view clearly:
"nothing else than the kingdom of Babylon and of very Antichrist. For who is the man of sin and the son of perdition, but he who by his teaching and his
10. ordinances increases the sin and perdition of souls in the church; while he yet sits in the church as if he were God? All these conditions have now for many ages been fulfilled by the papal tyranny." (Martin Luther, First Principles, pp. 196-197).
11. As we can imagine by the above, the scholarship tying the Catholic Church to the Babylon of Revelations 17:5 is extensive, spanning the scope of centuries, and it is the view of this author. Indeed the Apostle Peter identified Rome as Babylon when he wrote to the believers
12. in Jerusalem thusly: “the church that is at Babylon salute you
” 1st Peter 5:13. Thus, the identification of Rome as Babylon was apostolically established and no dispute in this regard is found herein.

Nevertheless, the bible does mention that there is another
13. Babylon, a daughter, an offspring just as powerful, just as arrogant and as full of sin as her mother.

The place for the United States of America in biblical prophesy has been a topic of debate for decades. Indeed, the topic of the United States in biblical eschatology
14. (the sturdy of the end) is rarely touched in most seminaries. Additionally, the study of eschatology has been adversely affected by popular writers like Hal Lindsey, John Hagee and Tim LaHaye, among many. These false prophets have created an immense multi-billion dollar
15. industry of predictions that become outdated by the time the reader finishes one of their books.

More importantly, American eschatology has promulgated the idea that we will avoid tribulations and judgment to come because America, since its founding, has been exceptional
16. in the eyes of God. . Many then point to this nation’s founding fathers, but pay scant attention to the words of Thomas Jefferson: "I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that his justice cannot sleep forever." The pages of history are filled with
17. stories of prophetic warnings calling nations to amend their ways.

These prophetic voices have always been opposed by those supporting the status quo. As the prophet Jeremiah famously stated: “They have healed also the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly,
18. saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.” Jer. 3:14.

YOU BE THE JUDGE AND NAME THAT NATION OR CITY

a. The last great nation:
Jeremiah 50:12 states: “Your mother shall be sore confounded; she that bare you shall be ashamed: behold, the hindermost of the nations
19. shall be a wilderness, a dry land, and a desert.” The Hebrew word for hindermost is (’a·ងă·rĂźáčŻ), which means the last, end, the very end in the future, the very last in posterity. So, Jeremiah exclaims: “Look! The very last of the great nations shall be a wilderness, a
