Trying to organize all the info and pics I have on my gt-grandfather's neighbourhood. His family lived on & around Smithdown Lane so pretty much nothing remains, incl. many of the roads. Here's one of my fav pics from @angelcakepics: St Nathaniel's, where he was baptized.
They mostly lived on Portwood St (red dot), between Smithdown Lane and Upper Parliament St. St Nathaniels to the far left. The large factory is the Phoenix Safe Works. This from 1922...

There's also the New Palm Cove Club 🌴🏖️at 237-241 Smithdown Lane.
