& invalidating a person’s identity to dunk on reylo is wrong.

“You're a reylo so you must be faking it” is something I’ve seen thrown at LGBTQIA+ fans far too often from people who are against the Rey/Kylo pairing. That is not how you act as an ally. Real people are more important than fictional characters. #SWRepMatters
This is the same argument used against POCs too. It's ironic that the people who claim to be against racism constantly alienate + silence black and brown fans of reylo because we’re not “allowed” to like that pairing. Newsflash: Shipping ≠ activism! #SWRepMatters
TL;DR - Guilting fans (especially those from underrepresented groups) about their preferred OTPs is not going to end racism, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and/or discrimination. #SWRepMatters
