Paul Gewirtz, Director of Paul Tsai China Center worked at BJ Clinton’s State Dept. He conceived & led the China-US legal cooperation initiative agreed by Jiang Zemin & BJ at their 97-98 Summit meetings.
He also accompanied BJ to China in 1998, and found the China Center in 1999.
