2. When cooking the food, it is rude to let someone do it alone. The braaier needs someone to pour the drinks and keep him/her company.

4. Be patient when braaing, the fire is ready when you can hold your hand over it for a count of 10 seconds.
5. Spice your meat adequately and trim excess fat.

7. Braaing(bbqing) is a social event. When guests arrive, have a few drinks with some bar snacks before lighting the fire.
