You guys know I hate sharing overly personal information online but I called my wedding off a year ago—stepping into a completely scary unknown because I knew it would be better than living a lie.

Don’t get impatient and think you can orchestrate anything half as wonderful as what could be if you’d just let go.
Don’t try to be the God of your life—he’s way better at it.
Don’t play God in ways big or small. The more you surrender the more beautiful, magical things happen.

I know this might sound like absolute Latin because if you’d told me to “just let go” a little more than a year ago I wouldn’t even know what you meant. “So... should I just step into traffic and hope for the best? The hell does let go even mean?”

...for everyone in your life. It will teach you to love everyone—and I mean every single every one. It will exfoliate your heart like a groupon chemical peel and leave you vulnerable to feelings you didn’t think you could have. Experiences will vary. Enjoy.
