To anyone confused who became an ARMY afterwards or just want a refresher, let me summarize what happened with the Smeraldo Blog and its owner, Testesso (pictured below.)

A person under the pseudonym “Testesso,” which is Italian for “Yourself” (Sound familiar? 😁) opened a blog back in July of 2017.
On it, he talked about the backstory of the Smeraldo flower and how he was planning on opening a shop based around them.

The backstory of the Smeraldo flower. The story of the ugly man who locked himself in a castle refusing to show his true self, which The Truth Untold is based off of.
In fact, the slogan of the flower shop is “non potevo dire la verità” which translates to The Truth Untold.
Testesso also talks about his own life experiences and a girl he liked that he couldn’t confess his feelings to.

*Let me reiterate that the whole backstory of Smeraldo & Testesso’s personal story are all fiction. I’ve seen people say it’s a real Italian legend, but it’s all BU
His blog posts also went hand in hand with the LY: Her comeback.
For example, he dropped a time period, September. That was when he originally planned on opening his Smeraldo Flower Shop, but also was when Serendipity dropped and ARMY received news of a new CB!
During one of his later blog posts, he talked about meeting a handsome man who was looking for Smeraldo flowers to order. That was proven to be BU Seokjin.

*A bit of added trivia, people were asked to email the flower shop to be included in a flower giveaway.
They received a box of flowers and a letter. The order form the handsome man filled out for Testesso had the exact same handwriting.
Both of those handwritings matched Jin’s!

However soon after, Testesso cancels all preparations for the shop and shuts his blog down indefinitely because of an “incident.”

That’s the last we hear of him, until July of 2018, a full year later.
Testesso proceeds to write the exact same blog posts that he has before, almost as if he’s been caught in a timeloop... 👀
The only difference is, in this timeline the handsome man Seokjin doesn’t stop by the shop to order flowers.
Testesso feels like he should’ve met someone.
Testesso says he has plans to open his Smeraldo shop at the end of August this time. Yet again, hinting the CB date, as that was when LY: Answer released.
He doesn’t shut down the shop or blog like what happened in the last timeline, and his plans go smoothly!
He opens up his shop, coincidentally, on the first day of the Love Yourself World Tour.

But, there are no coincidences.

At the concert venue, a sudden booth called Smeraldo Flower Shop sold cute merch decorated with the Smeraldo logo!

So now, it looks like the BH shop is teasing Smeraldo Shop merch coming to online orders, alongside the Notes books from @Smeraldo_Books!
Or, maybe it’s something else entirely... 👀

Now that the Smeraldo Blog is back, I can update this thread again! I believe it always reappeared in July, but this was unexpected.
The “something else” I talked about before that was teased turned out to be the Save Me Webtoon. A lot has happened since then.
It’s likely that the Smeraldo Blog returning is going to lead to a big announcement of some kind, as it has typically done. If it’s BU related, it could be the upcoming drama series or the mobile game.
Let’s wait and see! 👀
These are the main things we have to watch out for these next few weeks!

• When Testesso reveals the shop’s opening time-period (it always matches with a big announcement)
• If Seokjin visits the shop or not
• If the flower shop successfully opens or the plan is cancelled
