1. Everyone talks about the importance of raising your vibration. At one point that would have sounded insane to me. But it's all truth. I'm gonna try and make a short thread on how I was able to raise mine that led to my spiritual experience in hopes that it may help someone.
2. When I was a kid I was happy, had tons of energy, loved myself and everyone around me. That went away as I got older. We go through traumatic things, hurt others, get resentments, etc. We fill our souls with negative energy.
3. When that happens we lose our energy, become cynical, many become addicts, and so on. I was one of those at the bottom of the barrel. At one point, I am pretty sure I had nothing but hate in my heart. That takes us to a place of darkness that seems impossible to get out of.
4. Hopelessness led to desperation to do something. The Key is to transmute that negative energy. It's to do the inner work to get your heart right. Everyone always says, "you gotta do the inner work." At one point that sounded absolutely insane to me as well. How do you do it?
5. For me I had to find the root of all my troubles which was me. I was selfish to the core. Every person I had ever hurt was due to selfishness. Every person that had hurt me was because of my selfishness. I step on their toes and they retaliate.
6. I then went to each person I had hurt and admitted my wrongs and asked what I could do to make it right. Then I made it right. When I was finished I was Awakened Spiritually and my world was rocked. It's never been the same since.
7. My past no longer bothers me. I found a way out. In fact, my past became my greatest asset. I could now help others from my experience.
8. Doing the inner work is about transmuting our negative energy into positive. It's about taking action. When we take selfless actions we get our heart right and raise our vibration. Life takes on new meaning, we find purpose, and we get back to happiness.
9. The Spiritual Experience I had after getting my heart right rocked my world. I thought I was going insane. Everyone around me thought I lost my mind. I was Awakened to the spiritual world. I developed a sixth sense. Yes, a literal sixth sense. It's available to everyone.
10. If there's anyone who is open-minded and willing to learn I want nothing more than to help others along their own path to their own spiritual experience if you are willing to do the work. What was shown to me can't be put into words. And I'm still seeking more.
11. If you don't think we are living in the time that requires spiritual growth you are sadly mistaken. The best ways I've found to raise our vibration and consciousness is with truth and getting our hearts right. God doesn't make hard terms to anyone who seeks him.
