How many times has someone said,
‘I love you’.

And what they really meant was,
I need you as my security blanket.
What many mean by ‘I love you’ is, you are here to make me feel secure and good about myself. And if you love me here are the fear based rules that I need to you follow.
True love does not seek to control or manipulate. It does not ask you to give up your freedom or right to be. Fear does but love does not.
Love is not even something you do.
It is what you already present when you let go of fear and allow your true nature to be revealed.
