7. Entomological warfare, war via insects that transmit decease, is prepared for as the pentagon puts entomology scientists like Joshua Bast under its employment. Russia voices it worry.

8. Under fake aliases, the pentagon is (& has been) creating patents for drones that can releases insects with lethal viruses & guns that can induce heart attacks. This should lead us to question what the intended use is, & which "US enemies" have had their heart attacks induced

10. Experiments on humans are already being conducted. They have also resulted in fatalities.

13. President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, speaks about the covert collection of biological matter from different ethnic groups living in Russia so that the US can test pathogen effectiveness on them. Leaked documents and emails corroborate his statements.
