If you work in an office where the layout makes physical distancing hard and/or that is poorly ventilated (or air conditioned), you may want to consider upgrading the type of mask you wear to work.

KN95 masks offer better protection from #COVID19 than fabric masks.
If you're an employer or office manager, please consider reintroducing remote work or establishing a shift system. That will help keep numbers down and make distancing more feasible.

And wherever possible, open windows to allow for natural ventilation of the space.
Employers: consider putting in place policies that encourage safe behaviour around #COVID19.

Staff members who are feeling unwell or who have a sick household member should not be coming to work.

Communicate that to them so they don't feel compelled to take the risk.
If you suspect a visitor or client may have come to the office while infected, identify all areas of the office they may have been in and all staff members they may have come into contact with.

Disinfect the spaces, and allow the staff members to go home to self-quarantine.
Employers: If a staff member tests positive for #COVID19, ask them when they first started experiencing symptoms.

Trace back their contacts with coworkers to 3 days before that time, and allow all who came into contact with the staff member to go into self-quarantine at home.
Employees: If you test positive for #COVID19 you MUST inform your employer/manager immediately and STAY AT HOME.

And please inform coworkers you have come into close contact with for more than 15 minutes of their likely exposure to the virus.
On self-isolation: it includes the day symptoms started (or date of test if asymptomatic) and the next 10 full days.

If you do start to experience symptoms while self-isolating, the 10 days restarts from the day after the symptoms first show up.
If a coworker informs you of a possible #COVID19 exposure, contact your employer (who should already know) and confirm your absence for 10 days of self-quarantine starting from that time.

If you can afford to, get tested. And try to keep away from the rest of your household too.
