* "Farmers earned Rs 10 crore in 3 months in drought prone areas." *

Farmers in drought-hit areas of Maharashtra have made a turnover of Rs 10 crore in three months under the "Agriculture Reform and Conservation 2020" Act.
They didn't go to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC )
The so-called farmers are protesting in Delhi against the Agriculture Reforms Act 2020. In Maha, on the basis of a law enacted in September 2020, farmers in drought-stricken Marathwada started a new revolution.
Taking advantage of the enactment of the Agricultural Reforms Act in September 2020, farmers in Latur, Nanded, Hingoli & Osmanabad districts sold their agricultural produce directly in the market through the Farmer Producer Company (FPC) without taking it to the Market Committee
(Vegetable Market). 100 crore in three months. ADM Agro Industries Private Ltd. in Latur FPC sold the most 2,200 tonnes of agricultural produce.

Anyone can set up an FPC, ten farmers can come together and set up an agricultural production company to sell their produce directly
in the market without taking it to the vegetable market. The law has been in existence since 2013, but could not be sold directly in the market through FPC.

According to the Agriculture Reforms and Conservation Act 2020, if a trader buys agricultural produce from a farmer,
it is mandatory for the Traders to pay for the goods within three days. Earlier, when a farmer took his produce to a vegetable market, he was robbed by a group of brokers. But with this law, farmers will no longer face such problems.
In Punjab, light and water are free for agriculture. Punjab has more water than Marathwada or Maharashtra. Farmers can become self-reliant by setting up FPCs there and bypassing the vegetable market.
But the innings played by the Congress failed. Now it has become a bone in Captain Amarinder Singh's neck. They can't get him out, they can't swallow him.
